If you already created a Fingerprint Pro account that is not associated with your company’s main account, you will need to contact support@fingerprint.com to delete your existing account. Upon account deletion, the Owner or Administrator of your company’s account will be able to add you.
If the Owner or Administrator is having any issues adding you, please be sure to include them on the support ticket to approve your request to join an existing account.
If you do not have an existing account, an Owner or Administrator of your company’s Fingerprint account can add you by going to “Team” within the Dashboard.
